Wecleanhomes LLC (We Clean Homes) operates www.wecleanhome.com. This policy explains how we handle personal information through our website and related inquiries.

Information we collect and use

When you contact us, we collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, requested cleaning service, preferred date and time, and message. We use it to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, discuss cleaning needs, and coordinate services.

Please do not include payment-card details, passwords, or home security codes in our contact form. We do not currently accept payments through this website.

Website, forms, and service providers

Our website runs on Wix. Contact form entries are processed and stored through Wix Forms, and submission summaries are emailed to designated site collaborators. Related correspondence is also kept in email. Wix and the email services involved process information to provide these functions.

Cookies and spam protection

Wix uses cookies and similar technologies to support site security, operation, and performance. Our form uses Wix spam filtering and Google reCAPTCHA to help detect bots and automated abuse. These tools analyze visitor behavior and technical signals; reCAPTCHA uses a cookie for risk analysis when it runs.

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Restricting cookies may affect how the website works. More information: www.wix.com/about/privacy and developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/faq.

Retention

We retain inquiry and service information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the type of information, its purpose, and applicable requirements.

Email and text messages

We do not currently send promotional emails or text messages. Submitting a cleaning inquiry does not, by itself, sign you up for future promotional messages. If we introduce promotional messaging, we will provide the notices, consent choices, and opt-out options required by applicable law.

Security

We use Wix's platform and form spam-protection features to support website security. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Questions and privacy requests

Contact us with privacy questions or to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of your information. Requests are subject to applicable law, including recordkeeping requirements. We may need to verify your identity before responding to a request involving personal information.

Policy updates

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. We will provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
